Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe. Each piece of art is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Do you also ship outside of Europe?
Yes, we also ship outside of Europe – upon request.
Please contact us using the contact form and provide the name and size of the artwork you are interested in, along with your full shipping address.
We will then calculate the shipping costs for you, and once you confirm them, we will organize the shipping and send you the payment details.
How long does shipping usually take?
All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 5–7 business days . You will receive a tracking number once your artwork is on its way.
What are the return conditions?
You have a 30-day return policy – this means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

If your order arrives damaged, please don't worry.

Which payment methods do you accept?
For a smooth and secure shopping experience, we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Is it an original painting or a print?

How do I get a free design preview?
Simply send a photo of your wall along with the name and size of the artwork you are interested in to info@brigittanemeth.com.
You'll receive a free Photoshop mockup that shows you how the artwork would look in your space, so you can make your decision with confidence and peace of mind.
Can I order a special size?
If you have a custom size or a special request, just send us a message. We'll check if we can accommodate your request and get back to you.
