What we need from you

To process your claim, please send the following to info@brigittanemeth.com :

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damage
    – A clear close-up showing the damage to the product
    – A complete photo of the entire print for better classification

  3. Photo of the parcel label
    – All texts and barcodes should be clearly legible

  4. Photo of the outside of the package
