Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If your return is approved, you're responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
1. What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Are there any items that can't be returned?
Returns on gift cards are unfortunately not possible.
3. Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If so, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
